Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia) Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within Indonesia typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. We ship via local couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, or similar). A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cassette & Merch Packaging All cassette tapes and merchandise are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Limited-edition items are packed with extra care.
